Our Return Policy
If you’re not satisfied, you can return your order to EEC within 30 days of receipt for a credit (less any restocking fees). items that cannot be returned include:
- Orders labeled as NCNR
- Damaged PARTS
- Used parts by the customer
- Custom/ modified products

This RMA Acknowledgment is an authorization to return material and does not guarantee credit. Only return parts listed on the RMA can be returned. The product must be returned within 15 days from the date of authorization. This return authorization is no longer valid 15 days after the day of issuance. Material must be returned in the original packaging and in new and unused condition. Please print this RMA and attach it to your return. Please place the RMA number on all shipping materials including the Bill of Lading and shipping labels. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, depending on the condition and type of items returned. The restocking percentage is subject to change without notice.
Returns & Warranty
Not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible parts to EEC within 30 days of receiving them for credit to be applied against open invoices (minus any restocking fees).
Items eligible for return for credit must meet conditions listed above.
All returns require an RMA. RMA must be requested within 30 days of order. Submit your request online and we’ll review it before sending you return instructions.
Returned items must be in original packaging, new & unused condition. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Manufacturers’ defective products will be replaced free of charge based on availability.
Items damaged due to improper installation are not eligible for return or credit.
All products carry one year warranty.
